Ok, this is nit picky, but I still don't like how they charged me for things that I thought were free.
First pregnancy, I wanted to buy a nice record book to record my pregnancy journey. My doctor gave me a plain one which I used, so I never did buy a nice one.
In the hospital room after delivery there was a TV. My husband turned it on and channel flipped, we watch something for a wee bit, but it was boring and turned it off. (baby was in the NICU)
Upon discharge I was asked if my doctor had given me the record book, I said yes.... so she charged me for it. Who charges you for something eight months later?
She ask if I had watched TV, I said yes, and she charged me for the TV.
Had I know the book was going to cost money... I would have bought a pretty one instead.
And if I knew the TV was going to cost money I would not have watched it. I never really even watched if for more than 15 min.
I rolled my eyes and paid, I just wanted to get home at that point.
Sneaky & deceptive.
I'm out a few bucks
